I feel that their something wrong with me. i sleep with all of these guys. while im doing the deed i want it in the beginning but after a while i feel dirty and nothing. i just lay their and let them do what they want. then they leave. they try to call and i just blow them off. and it becomes a one night stand. what do i do?

Try not having sex on the first/second date. Try not having sex until your in a monogamous relationship where you will feel loved, and maybe the dirty feelings will go away.

Seems to me that your lacking in the self-esteem department. You may feel that these men can give you something that your lacking emotionally and when its all said and done you still feel empty. Why would you have sex knowing what the ending result is going to be?
Next time say no and see if you feel any gratification.

Could you be having sex to hide something else in your life that you are not addressing?
