    I always feel really fat and sad and lonely
    Almost every day I wake up and feel OK but then I remember I have to go to school. I used to love going to school, but now I always feel really lonely and like I've pushed away my old friends that I ditched for popular friends that I'm not really close to. I feel terrible because my old friends still like me but I was such a jerk to them. I always feel really fat and I think I'm just trying to convince myself that I have all these feelings because I'm fat and then I pig out on food and feel like a pig, so I excersice a lot for like hours or sometimes try to starve myself so I look nicer. I need help but I don't want to tell my mom or dad.

    First don't stave yourself its no healthy second if your old friends still talk to you then just talk to them and appolagize and maybe they forgive you just try and enjoy don't think about having friends some people are better alone but try and talk yo them hope this answer helps you and good luck
