I'm 14 and I have a spot on bottom of penis and I squeezed it and white fluid came out what is it can anyone help ?

999 times out of 1,000 it's a pimple or harmless cyst, and it's very common.
If you don't have reason to be worried about VD, then don't worry.

A cyst is a lump that is filled with fluid or perhaps has become hard.
