Why do Dr's believe hair follicle die?

My name is Ken Belanger. I discovered RK19 by accident.

It is causing my scalp that has been slick bald to grow hair. As well as
other guys.

So, my question is why do Doctors run around telling people you can't grow
hair from heads that have been bald more then 5 years?

It's just not true.

If you have read Ken Belanger's message and are thinking of buying rk19 you should know that Ken Belanger is a scammer.
