Please tell me you are kidding? I don't mean to make light of your question, but this is how men are made. This is all part of a man. NORMAL!!! If he did not have this he would not be normal.

It is all part of the male genitalia. All men have this to one extreme or another.

Sorry no merely normal, most hermaphrodite have the male organs but they are normally not as well developed as other men and there is alot more too it than "sewing it up". And it is not a commom defect either.
