18 Answers So my new girlfriend and i have been together for a couple days so far, and weve been getting very intimate. Weve been having lots of make out sessions but are not sexually active. The thing is, a little while after these sessions, or if theyre very long, my genitals (im a guy) start to get very very sore and tender, like if anything (including my clothes) touches them they throb. Also my lower abdomin is very sore. This comes as a suprise because im bery relaxed when im with her and were not sexualy active in any way. My question is has anyone else ever had this and does anybody know what it is because right now i cant walk because it is so painfull. Thanks in advance
