A few days ago when I was doing what all of us do when were bored, I felt a very slight pain and looked down to see what looks like a swollen vein, but may not necessarily be a vein, creating a ring just under the head of my penis. It almost forms a complete circle, and definitely feels like it is in or underneath the foreskin (I am circumcised). It doesn't necessarily hurt, but its really strange and i've been taking NSAID's daily to see if its just some kind of swelling, but they dont seem to do much.

Anyone know what this may be? I've looked at all sorts of STD pictures online, and this looks nothing like anything I can find. The closest thing to it was a "varicose vein?"

you should go to the doctors and ask them..that way they can find out what it is if its really serious

A friend had something similar and he thought it was caused by the constant rubbing from heavy clothes while he was shoveling snow.
He went to a clinic and the Dr. was very concerned about it because it was limiting blood flow to the head of his penis. The Dr. consulted a urologist who had a name for the condition and the urologist said he should come to the hospital immediately. They fixed him up without any cutting.
I am not a medical person and I dont know if you have anything like he had, but based on my friend's experience I would say get to the Dr. even if you have to pay emergency room fees.

i have the same exact problem, and i have no clue what it is. does it kinda limit your blood flow to the head of your penis?, because i noticed less blood flow to my head please someone tell me what this is and how i can cure it thanks

I have the same problem it has not gone away in two weeks. It causes no pain and i forgot i have it until i pee. I have not masturbated since it hapended but i play football everyday in a girdle. Also idk if it rubbing my clothes has caused it to worsen.

Do i need to see a doctor? if i tell my parents they wont take me seriously and it will be wierd so i dont wanna tell them unless i really have to
