I have one small bump where my groin meets my penis and i have no clue what it is. First i didnt think it was anything to worry about but it has not gone away. its not that big and kinda of a skinny bump its red and it has no feeling at all it does not hurt or itch or anything its just there and worrying me what should i do or what is it???

It's probably just an ingrown hair, honestly, and since it is where your groin meets your penis (at the base, I'm assuming?) It's probably just an ingrown hair and irritated from the skin rubbing all the time. If it doesn't go away or you have been sexually active and not using protection and it's worrying you, though, go see a doctor to be sure.
