Spots on penis

I have loads of these spots on my penis and all over my sack. I've been on here before and told they were normal but it's the sheer number of them that gets me.

They don't cause anything adverse but they are increasing and always have been.

I've had them for as long as I can remember and i've been to the doctor about it before about 3 years ago, (i'm 18 now) and the doctor said they were fine

They are very noticible, skin coloured I suppose.

The ones on the shaft are set out more individually but when I pull back my foreskin the ones on the underside don't look quite the same and are kinda lumpy in a way although very small, and they're all clumped together.

There's way too many to count underneath the foreskin.

I question that only because Mosby's Deictionary of Medicine, Nursing & Health Professions 7th Edition states:

"Tear Ducts: any duct that carries tears, including the lacrimal ducts, nasolacrimal ducts, and excretory ducts of the lacrimal glands."

Maybe I am misunderstanding, but that is what I read. I never said that you do NOT know what you are talking about, I just questioned this.

I am still learning and could learn something, that is why I question sometimes. Can't learn anything without questioning.

Okay, then wouldn't those be exocrine glands and not tear ducts? This is very confusing as I understand tear ducts as lacrimal glands. Exocrine glands release sweat, not tears. Well the lacrimal glands release tears and they are exocrine glands.

It is difficult to ascertain what they are without seeing them. Did the MD state they were warts, by any chance? Do they look like warts? Maybe if you are concerned about it, you need to have a secondary consult with a dermatologist? Just to verify that it isn't something to be concerned about. Because if they are warts, it could be a sexually transmitted disease. And you could be getting reinfected by your partner or be spreading the virus to others. Better be safe, get a second opinion.
