line/lump on penis head

Going on about 10 day, there is a line, almost a lump,starting on the side of the penis head, immediately at the left side, in a slight curve, approx. 0.5" or so. At one end it has a bludge, almost like a pimple or built up. Moving to the right along the line it is more soft in texture.

About 6 months or so the similar lump appeared. It disappeared shortly. When I pressed it, it seemed to move into the penis head itself. Is this a symptom of a STD, or a blocked vessel?

My Boyfriend Had That Turned Out To Be Nothing But Everybody Is Diffrent. For You It Might Be A Sign Of Some Thing More Seroius. You Should Check It Out W/ The Doc.
