Slightly large pimple on shaft of penis

I noticed this 2 days after a weird rash appeared on the inside of my lip. It came as a pimple did on the outside so I wasn't worried, then I noticed the pimple slightly large. No more than a pimple on ones face would be. No white came out really. Just liquid. Of course my first reaction is herpes but it's only one pimple, not a group. It kind of hurts but not a lot and not all that often its just random pain. Please let me know if there's any small chance of herpes, I'm a virgin and have only made out with girls before

Also just noticed very tiny white head a hair above the red of my lip. I popped it and it looked exactly like a pimple the area is a little red. Any help would be great,y appreciated

If the only fluid coming out is clear and slippery, it sounds like it could lymph, which is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about (if you pop a zit, for example, lymph would come out if you continued to squeeze after the pus/blood had been removed). However, I can't place your other symptoms.


If you're really worried, though, definitely consult your doctor--they're the expert, after all! There are lots of free clinics you can visit anonymously.
