self-esteem issues on the y-axis

Im 17 yrs asian male at 5'3. I hit puberty at late 12 yrss and grew only about 3 inches. My mom is 5 and my dad is 5'3 but my brother is 5'8 1/2 and my uncles and cousin on my moms side hit almost 6 feet, my dads side is about 5'5-5'6. Im relativaly highly active and eat alot of meat, and down almost a gallon of milk a week (litterally). I used do muay thai and now starting to swim. i did stop, though, for a year when for which i was inactive. im always told i look really tall. i hear people talking about how short they are at 5'8 - i wouldnt mind being that tall. Will i still grow?.....its leading to alot of self-esteem issues.
