Rows of skin on head of penis

I'm 15 years old and I have not had sex. I noticed 4 little rows of skin on my penis head about a year ago and I have no idea why they are there, or how they got there. They do not hurt at all, but sometimes are a little more sensitive then the rest of my glands. Should I be worried about this or is this just extra skin? Does anyone have any clue what they are?

Also, I noticed that my line of circumcision is rather large, is this normal also?

You really need to present this question to your family physician the first chance you get.

Your doctor will know what it is, and what if anything can be done about it.
