Pimple looking thing on penis

Hello I am 14 years old and I masturbate 3-4 times a week. I have noticed a small pimple looking bump on the left side of my penis shaft.it was looked like a white head so I popped it and puss came out. Now it is just a red kind of bump with a little scab on top. My question is was this just a pimple or is it something I should be concerned about. Also how long will it take to go away if it is something other than a pimple? I am not sexually active so I know it is not a STD.

If you have not been sexually active or had any contact with anyone else in this delicate area of your anatomy, then it probably was a white head as the puss came out. It should completely heal within the next week. If it does not heal up please see your doctor.

Let it rest for a week, really it won't kill you not to masturbate for a week. See if it does not go away.
