Penis feels sensitive or weird

Hi everyone,
Ok this is very embarrassing for me to write but I have a strange problem. I'm 26 years old and have been with my partner for nearly 5 years. The problem is that I think my partner might of damaged my penis during oral sex. The reason I say this is because the first few years he used to do it good but at times he would get carried away and end up hurting it somehow by biting it or bring way too rough with it. This went on for a few years on n off and yes when he would hurt me I would tell him off n he would always say he didn't mean it but then there was this one time when he bit that hard right on the sensitive head part of my penis that I was sore for a good week or so and couldn't even walk properly.That healed and things went back to normal until he got out of control again n bit the head part again so hard that it bruised n you could like see the mark where he bit.That took weeks to feel somewhat normal again but now ever since then I can't enjoy oral sex.My penis now feels extra sensitive so if my partner does go to perform oral on me the min my penis goes in his mouth it feels real super sensitive but in a bad way n I need him to stop n it goes down straight away so now my erection is stuffed up.Even now when I'm walking around n if my penis rubs against my undies it will get that weird sensitive feeling n it feels uncomfortable but doesn't feel as bad like when he tries to perform oral.
But now I'm worried is my sex life screwed up forever now ? Will I never b able to enjoy oral sex again because it feels so sensitive n then it just drops n I lose my erection right away? It's been going in for a good 6 months or more now n I feel so crap because I'm young n can't enjoy sex and I think my partner us getting annoyed because when it's goes down his been lime weird about it now n won't even try to help.
Please has anyone heard if damaging a penis n not being able to go back to normal? I'm so embarrassed to go n talk to my doctor bout this.
