hi well heres my question ,ive been experincing a tingley sensation at the tip of my penis ,and constant seapage of and wetness,also a lil painful when i urinate ,im going in sane feels like i wana masabate 24/7 been feeling xetremly horny and aroused all the time.

sadly I know the feeling. It generally comes from over masturbation or sex. There is nothing you can do except wait it out and avoid sexual contact. If it persists then you should see a doctor

This does not sound normal to have any kind of seepage. Please see your doctor as soon as possible.

I also get this a lot. It's just when I masturbate too much in a day. It's nothing too worry about, just give it a good wash when your in the shower.

Unless you recently ejaculated, you should not have "seepage" from your penis.
