No Ejaculation

I am 21 years old and have been having sex since I was 17. I need help on knowing why I do not ejaculate 95% of the time. If my girlfriend and I have sex or she gives me oral sex, I still have problems ejaculating. I only ejaculate after masterbation. I've tryed not masterbating for weeks and then having sex, but still no results. I've tried so much, but she feels that she is not pleasuring me. When in fact its the best sex i've ever had!

PLEASE HELP ME!

I'm afraid I can't help mate. But take comfort in knowing you're not the only one, and I am actually slightly worse off.
