Night sweats

I have been suffering from night sweats for a long time now. I have tried lighter bedding, no heat on at night etc etc. I wake up drenched. I am 46.

I am 65 and suffered for years with night sweats and still do. I just live with it because I have never found a solution. Actually beneficial to me in the summer, very cooling with the fan on. And no I dont get chills or colds.

Trust me, pierre4l, from a woman's point of view IDONOTWANTTHEMEITHER!

As a health care worker, I have run out of possibilities from medicinal to holistic. The only natural solution I found was a garlic one and I didnt want to go there for obvious reasons.

If you ever find one, let me know PLEASE !!

I am going to give the Dr. Oz, from Oprah, answer, sleep naked with a fan, if you aren't old enough for the change, that should help. Its the covers that with clothes that are abstructing you. Naked.

tickle agrees: maybe so, but I cant give my down duvet but actually find it breathes just right for my night sweats. Sweat only on part not covered up, so go figure !
pierre41 agrees: Tried it. I sleep naked....tried no quilt etc...still gets me!
