I'm not sure if that's it. From what I've read it seems like sclerosing lymphangitis or possibly cancer, though I've never heard of a tumor that could vanish at certain times. Now it won't go away even when flaccid and hurts to touch. I've made an appointment (took a female doctor, embarrassingly, as she was the last available person before the weekend)
