male's infertility

Hi,

After trying to get pregnant for over a year, my husband turned out to have zero sperm or something known as azoospermia.His FSH and TSH turnd out to be very high.I would like to if high TSH,FSH are the result of his azoospermia and if it can be treated and if yes how.
