leakage of penis when i think about sex

According to subject when i am going to think about sex my penis release unnecessary water.I dont know the name of that type of water but i think it is not actual water that everu man release after having sex.For further information when ever i will go for sex i lose penis water before starting.i want a full solution for this problem and also give me name of medicine if u know about it.I having this problem for ten years and i am not trated well from any body.So please give me advise about this problem.I will be very thankfull to you.my age is 26 Year
