    I just cant seem to remember the last time I got an erection
    I masturbate 2 to 3 times a day or sometime 4 times,the thing is I can't seemed to remember the last time I got a proper erection... I smoke cigarette but I'm not much a drinker... help because I'm running out of option and it is really getting annoying... thanks

    Well,so far from what I have just read about excessive masturbation it doesn't cause a lack of erections.

    If,perhaps,your trying to do it again,soon after an orgasm,perhaps,the body needs to recover,but long term,no,not for the sites I have looked at.

    Smoking DOES contribute to ED.
