ingrown genital hair?

ok, so i know there are a ton of questions relating to the topic of a bump on the penis, but here's mine.

about 4 days ago i shaved my jungle and the day after i found a small red-ish bump near my testicular sac but on the bottom of my shaft. over these few days it has progressed to grow in size(not HUGE mind you) but it is now taking the circumference space about the size of a pea. it doesnt rise up more so than a regular pimple on your face. the only time it hurts is if i try to squeeze it like you were to pop a pimple.

what i need to know is- does this sound like and ingrown hair or something more?
i can put up pics if need be but only if requested.

peace+love

It sounds like one to me and don't squeeze it! It's an awkward angle, but maybe you can get someone to look at it closely to see if they can see the hair. If they can then you can gently pull it to the surface and tweeze it out.
Make sure you clean it really good. If you still are not sure, put an antibiotic and a bandaid (small round) for a couple days and it might draw the infection out.
If you just squeeze it, you are going to make it worse and end up getting an infection.

EDIT: try waxing next time, or don't shave too close, just use a mens groomer tool. Than nothing will get ingrown and still have the same effect, plus it won't be scratchy for you or who-ever.
