Hi! I am 15 years old guy. I have a problem with my weight.. I am cca 175 cm high and have 58 kg.. I am doing exercises every day and eat a lot (I really do eat a lot - my friends are wondering how can I be so slim).
Some bones are seen on my chest (I dont know how to call them) and I have a slim upper part of my hands... What should I do to get all those bones not seen and my hands upper part normal?

i dont no if there is anything you can do. Im the exact same, i eat alot every day and you can see some of my bones on the sides of my chest. So your not alone and it is probably normal.
Well.. Most of my friends arent like this.. Even tho I have strong muscles and even a lil of 6-pack showing up from certain view my hands are only slim if you look them from behind.. Are there any exercises to get my back muscles stronger?
