SCROTUM red pimple on it

My friend has a red pimple on his scrotum that burns him is there anything to be concernd about and is there anything to do to relieve the the pain?

Sounds like herpes. There is a heck of a lot of this going on nowadays. Just about anyone can get this. The pain is equivalent to someone putting out a cigarette on their privates. An outbreak can literally spread and get worse.
