headache or tensions or maybe a brain tumor

It started last year i was having funny tension headaches i went to the doctor who refered me to a nuroogolist who checked me over and everything was fine. The headaches feel like theres a massive lump at the side of my head and goes all over with different kinds of headaches which i can go for days without one and then it suddenly comes the nero told me that if i forget about it it goes which i did and it went but recently it came back just wanted to know what you all think im 17 with no medical history of cancer in my family

I would say it is time that you go back to your doctor or make contact with your nuroogolist for some follow up.

It sounds from the way you worried this questions you are very worried, it is good that after all the checks you had before you came back all clear.

When it comes to matters like this you need to see a real face to face doctor that knows your full medical history to help you best.

Hope you manage to get it sorted.
