having some erection trouble. and im only 20!

im new to this site so bear with me.

im 20 yrs old and having some sexual problems that i think i shouldnt be having for my age. first when me and my girl are getting intimate i get an erection, but it just doesnt seem to last, it wouldnt last. i mean im able to have sex but it just progressively gets weaker and weaker. now the only way it will firm back up is if we go fast, but she likes it slow so then i start losing it.

now just recently, she was giving me a handjob, jerking me off for lack of better. anyway i had an erection and everything was great but it took forever for me to even feel like ejaculating. she was getting tired so i said lets use some lotion and it helped but i never ejaculated.
anyone have any idea whats wrong with?
