night sweats

can someone help me when i wake up at night i find my pillow drenced in sweat. and only my head is sweaty. what can be causing this . i am ahealthy person and dont know whay this is happening. does anyone know. and i dont use alot of covers and i keep my room around 68 degrees at night so it wouldnt be the heat. please help me
