Hi, im a 20 yo guy and i have a problem under the foreskin of my penis, since a month ago i would experience a creamy discharge accompanied with a quite bad smell and the skin (under the foreskin) is quite dry and seems thinner than usual.... recently before i had noticed this i used to wash with soap... when i clean this white thing(which i heard is sgegma) it seems fine but the skin stil looks dry(thats bothering me!!! looks like its dead under the foreskin! as if when ur lips gets dry!!)... i would add another thing. i have noticed a kind of loss of sensation (though not complete) under that area of the foreskin which to me seemed pleasurable...i think circumcised man won't know about it...

Stop using any soap-related thing. Just wash with water. If after a week you see no improvement, go see a doctor. Better safe than sorry.
