| You can build up muscle in your chest at home.but it will be a bit harder. Push ups with your arms shoulder with apart. Push ups with your arms wider than your shoulders, and push ups with your left hand over your right or vice versa. You will need a high protein diet and if you have a high Body Mass Index or a lot of fat your will need to do large amounts of cardiovascular exercise. Running,Swimming etc. Buy free weights, they dont cost much and you can use them at home. This will also open up even more chest exercises at your disposel. And you have to get a routiine. Everyday or every second day, it wont happen over night! |
