I am a gay 63 year old male who is unable to climax via oral or anal sex.I have to masterbate to climax and that takes only a few minutes.My testosterone levels are normal (I take testosterone shots) and I have been checked out by a specialist.All is well but I cannot climax the way that I want to.I have climaxed orally only several times with my partner over the last 6 years.
In my younger years I never had this problem.Is there anything that I can do to make myself more sensative so I can climax orally or anally.
