cant get an erection or keep one

im about to turn 16 and i cant get an erection and when i get one i cant keep it before sex...i have had sex alot before this and this has never happened to me...i don't know if size has to do with it because it is big for my age from what im told but it usually always up before sex...this has just started 5months ago...sometimes it gets up and me and my girlfriend have sex but i quick and thats also new...and if i pull out it immediately gets soft...i don't want my girl to think its her fault because she amazing and she knows im great at sex because when we had our1st time together i popped her cherry and she wasn't a virgin....WHAT DO I DO...because im to young for Viagra PLEASE HELP i want to take care of her sexual needs like i use to
