ok, I've been trying to figure out what this is. For like the past 3 or 4 years, I have had one single little bump on my shaft, it almost looks like a pimple. I'm just trying to figure out what is. should i go to the doctor and get this checked out?

I got this nasty red pimple on my shaft and it has a little black spot at the top. it started out white and hurt, then I irritated it I think and now its red and swollen. it hurts to wear clothes. I have not had sex so it aint std.
