I don't know that there's an "easy" way to do it. But, you might want to check out the following sites.

Building Big Biceps - Biceps Workout and Bicep Exercises

    Bodybuilding.com - Champion Arm Development!

eBicep.com - Bicep Exercise, Bicep Workout and Bicep Muscle Guides

Develop large biceps and big triceps with my big bicep workout.

Sanjay, I have to agree with what iwillhelp says here.

Yes, muscle is built by repairing minor tears in the muscle. Any time you lift anything, regardless of the weight, there are what are called micro-tears within the muscle. This is what causes soreness the day after a workout (soreness immediately after the workout is generally caused by lactic acid buildup).

Your muscles get bigger by replacing the damaged muscle fibers. Since they were damaged, your body decides there weren't enough of them, and so creates more. This takes recovery time... lifting weights every day is counterproductive, as the muscles don't get enough time to heal before you're damaging them again. For a regular workout, three times a week is good... Heavier workouts may need to go down to twice a week. For the greatest strength gain, I've gone with a focused workout plan that only works a given set of muscles one day a week, and had great success with that.

For building large muscles, you should create a workout plan that focuses on high resistance, low repetitions... build slowly, as you absolutely must give your connective tissues (tendons and ligaments) time to catch up to the muscles... muscles build fast, ligaments and tendons don't. Muscles also heal fast, while a pulled tendon will keep you out of the gym a full month. This will focus your body on building bulk. I recommend against this, as you will do better with a focus on tone and strength, rather than raw power, but if you're committed to having bulky muscles, then that's the way to go about it.

Bear in mind that many body types simply don't lend themselves to large bulky muscles like you see in Bowflex commercials. I, for example, will be bench-pressing nearly twice my weight before I get any of the body-builder type bulk muscles.

Edit to add: Any exercise regimen that you come up with that focuses on such a minor muscle group as the biceps is going to be irresponsible in the end. Put together something that works the entire body, and everything will tend to fall into place. Remember that if you can do a hammer curl with 100 pound dumbbells but your back hurts doing it, you're in worse shape than when you started.

Building biceps doesn't happen quickly. It happens over a long period through dedication. I would recommend a site: Muscle Building Tips. Natural Bodybuilding. Free Workout Routines.
