I have very thin hair...I am 21 years old and am balding in the front...the top of my head itches...every time I itch hairs fall out...is there anything I can do to stop this or to grow stronger hair.

If you become bald so what? I've seen plenty of guys that look just fine without much hair. Seriously it's nothing to worry about.

If it falls out when you scratch it, well, don't scratch it!

Seriously though, shave your whole head, it really looks a lot better, and is a lot easier to care for. That's my suggestion.
