Afraid to initiate a relation due to premature ejaculation

Hi, I'm a 22 year old guy. I had my first sex at the age of 19. I had a fulfilling sexual experience with my girlfriend for a year or so.
And then I don't know but somehow the fear of being caught & sense of being guilty crept into me so strong that i always was worried and didn't feel like doing it anymore. Slowly, whenever i had sex, i started ejaculating in maximum 5 minutes of sex. This left my girlfriend feeling completely dis-satisfied. I felt helpless. Even after trying to stop worrying, whenever i started having sex, the feeling of being caught was always strong.
I don't know is this premature ejaculation due to excessive worrying or fear of being caught? My relationship has ended & I fear to talk to any other girl due to my incapability. Will I be ever able to continue a fulfilling relationship with anybody.
Will this problem of premature ejaculation be solved if I practice PC exercises or stop worrying & stop fearing being caught. Will this problem go after i marry someone since then there would be no fear of any wrong doing? I also masturbate like twice a week. someone advice me on this & let me know if i need to do any medications for this. help me...

This may sound crude but try doing yourself a few times just before you see your girl. It will usually get better latter in life.
