Okay, I have started having thoughts about me being gay for like a month and a half now, but I have been with girls for as long as I can remember, I cringe every time I think of touching a boy in that way and I tried watching gay porn to see and I couldn't even click on the video because it felt as is if I was puking in my mouth. I don't want to be gay and love girls, but why. Am I having these thoughts? Is it normally? How long will it be for? Thanks

It is very normal. You aren't gay. You can't totally control the thoughts that pop into your head so don't hit the panic button. I knew I was gay from probably age 8 I think. Everyone has those thoughts so don't worry about it. Preoccupy your time with other things and eventually they go away. Well not for me because I am gay. But for you definitely they will.

Thanks! I just hate the thought of being gay and it scares me when I see two gay men doing something, I've always wanted kids and to be a good husband. Do you know how long it will be for?

WG's suggestion is to change your thoughts and stop living in fear of those thoughts. I mean you don't have to dwell or act out any random thought that pops in your head do you?

What are you scared of gay people or their so called lifestyle or something? Relax, and let those feelings go. I had to do the same thing with spiders and we all have thoughts and secret fears. Some for life.

Are you active meaning do you play sports, play in the band, go out with friends, etc? The more you keep your mind active the less they will pop in your head. But I would suggest do experiment with gay porn again because that probably didn't help. And again, you will be fine.

Yes I'm crazy about football and love cricket, I really like this girl! I love girls and I've always been called a 'player' be people and a 'ladies man' so I just don't understand and hope these thoughts go away shortly

You're not gay, if you can't even stand watching a video let alone touch another guy. No no it just a phase. Stop thinking about it, find something to do to keep your mind off it :)
