    Lost usb ports
    I just lost all USB ports ( none of them working), I tried to uninstall, rebooted, ran window recovery but still not working. Internet and internal harddrives are working fine. Needs someone help me on this problem. Tks Tran:mad:

    Try starting the computer in safe mode by hitting f8 at start up then see if they work in safe mode. If that don't work you may need to clear you nv ram, this requires you to literlly open the computer so you will need to contact your service center for that. What kind of computer is it I have tech support numbers for most manufact.

    When PC is starting, get into BIOS and make sure that the BIOS recognizes the USB ports and are enabled
