Well I am troubled ,would you be scared if you heard a sounnd and you don't know what it is!?
I feel more connected to my spirtual side... I don't think I'm mental or suicidal but I do think of it ...

it started about a 1 month ago I heard a noise behind my door and it was pretty late ,the noise sounded like a groanin /hissing sound and when I heard that ,I was really scared I tried to ignore it...
