My daughter comes from a previous relationship, before my husband.
I have gone through about everything concerning the rights of the father, and mother, concerning a child that was born out of wedlock. My daughters bio-father has been absent most of her life. I have dealt with numerous child support issues, visitation issues, and signing over parental rights issues.
As of September of 2008, my husband legally adopted my daughter...so I have gained a great knowledge on the process of a step-parent adoption.
I am married and have been trying to get pregnant for almost 4 years. I fall under "unexplained infertility". I was diagnosied with PCOS and hypothyroidism. I have been on plenty fertility meds and am attempting our 2nd IUI (artificial insemination). I am about as close to being a fertility expert as can be without actually getting a degree in it...which I just may do :)
I am a certified medical assistant, STNA, and am in Nursing School.
I have oodles of tattoos and piercings, as does my husband. Currently I have 10 tattoos and 14 piercings. As far as piercings go...I have had done...lots in ears, eyebrow, nose, tongue (two at one time), tongue redone with just one, nipples, belly button, and labret. My husband currently has 6 tattoos (and getting a back piece), and currently has 10 piercings. As far as piercings...he has had done....ears, industrial, ears stretched to 1/2G, 2 in eyebrow, nose, septum, 2 in tongue, labret, and nipples. So needless to say, I am pretty knowledgeable in tattoos and piercings :)
