There are no excuses for being fat. You can blame it on genetics or whatever, but if you lower your calorie intake and get off your bottom and sweat for more than 30 minutes a day, you will lose weight.
Ah, and I am against hatred.
I do not in any way hate or even dislike homosexuals, those who have had abortions, obese human beings, or parents who do not spank, i just do not believe that they are right in their actions.
