ExperienceI am a very honestperson and unfortunately got into the situation of having to declare bankrupsy I was a widow for 9 years and worked to survive I meet a wonderful man 4 years ago and we finally got married and I moved to the states I also dont believe he should be involved in my bankrupsy as this was not his doing.. I have tried to keep up with all my payments revolved around the bakrupsy as well as completed all councelling sessions with my trustees I gave up my vechile which the trustees have sold and they have not realeased the monies owed to me as yet and not sure why I also believe that I do not have correct information and certaily need advise on what and how I deal with this as I have started a new chapter of my life and now living ij the US and need to figure out how I go about getting a discharge this is the first time I have declared bakrupsy and will be the last god willing so really needing some input on how I go about dealing with this
