I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and my doctor has me on 800mg ibuprofen 3 times a day. My sister is on 600mg ibuprofen 3 times a day. It all depends on the severity of the inflamation and your doctor. Always check with your doctor first sbecause they know all of your medical history with your weight and age.
