Is Niastan available over the counter or is there a natural substitute?

Niastan is a cholesterol lowering medication, if you have been prescribed it you might want to take it. You can ask at the pharmacy if they have a natural substitute for it but chances are you should be taking it and not trying to decide for yourself what to take.
