i have a white oblong pill and it says watson on 1 side and 385 on the other what kind of pill is this?

this is a highly addictive pain pill. It would be very dangerous for you to consume without proper prescription. Please throw the pill away.

In the future I suggest taking a pill to a pharmacist to tell you what it is.
