are you really asking this question????? It's a class 2 controlled substance with high addiction potential, as well as an extremely potent pain killer reserved for cancer patients.

not only cancer patients, it is also prescribed for patients recovering from operations of sorts in small doses, as well as those who are recovering from serious injuries (ex:car accidents and major bone fractures/breaks)
Stronger than oxycodon(percoset) and hydrocodon(vicodin) but is extremely dangerous and can cause death if abused
