i had cold allergie and when i drink cool water except hot i had snezing ranny nose ithcy eyes please suggest me the medicine or salution . thanks

sir, 1st cold is not more then 15dys .2nd cold has a fever always.3rd when i drink cool water or cold anything i start all this. please tell me how can i drink now cool water or i can use any kind of medicine in uae.i am drinking from many days hot water and securing my life. no there is no benadryl.
