Do you mean with no side effects? or fewer side effects? Can't think of any.

Would suggest trying an alternative treatment instead of rushing into prescription drugs. Alternative treatments for this condition are prevalent on the net. Just google and you'll see. Most times the condition can be controlled through proper diet.

As a mother of son who ADHD, there is not a low risk med for a child to take, With learning and a dr helping you finding the right med for your child he should be just fine.
