    Depression
    Looking for help with finding something to help me cope with the death of my mother, stress and depression, short temper, anxiety. What to ask my doc about, etc.

    The best thing would be to see a therapist that can actually listen to your concerns and then determine through their psychiatrist which meds would be best for you. They have a better idea of mood meds than a regular doctor and can put more effort into monitoring if and when you need to change dosages or meds. Also you would need to inform your doctor and pharmacy of meds if you are taking other meds.

    At least where I live that's the way it works best. Not sure what country you are in that it may not be an option for you
