round green pill

i found a small round green pill that has "watson" on one side and "p" on the other...can anyone tell me what this is?

I'm pretty sure its a watson. Geez what kinda people leave their pills all over the place? What if children get ahold of them? Being a mom, I could care less what the pill is because its destroyed as soon as I find it.
